how soon will I feel and see differences?

We hope you will feel a difference quickly but ultimately it all depends on the individual. Each individual has their own pace, retention and limitations. It starts with laying the proper foundation for your body to get the most benefit out of the work. Focus on effective and proper form will lead to change.

will pilates help my back pain?

Weak back and core muscles can often lead to poor posture and back pain. The PILATES METHOD directly targets those muscles to provide a stronger and more stable base from which to live your daily life. While causes of back pain can differ we do our best to address what your body needs and what might be the root of your discomfort.

what do i wear?

Workout clothes are best as they are designed to let you move easily and wick away any potential moisture. It’s important for you to feel comfortable in whatever you choose to wear. Socks are optional.

i don’t really exercise. can i still do pilates?

Absolutely! PILATES METHOD is for everyone. There are countless modifications and the core concepts can be applied to all bodies.

What Precautions are you taking regarding covid?

The studio has two medical grade air purifiers that capture 99.9% of particles, down to 0.1 microns. Our equipment is wiped down after each client’s session and hand sanitizer is available for your use before, during and after your session. We remain masked the entire session. You are more than welcome to wear a mask during your session if that makes you more comfortable but masks are no longer required.
