The Shoulders. Tight shoulders and a stiff neck are all too common. Working in front of a computer, sleeping on your stomach, poor posture and general stress are all culprits of the achy neck and shoulders. This class will focus on releasing tension in the upper body by working deeply in the neck and shoulders. Feel your head turn more easily, your shoulders drop away from your ears and your spine lengthen upward.
